Ep 54 - Joy Howard (Early Majority)
daphni
Absolutely thrilled to kick off 2024 with not a simple podcast, but our very first episode in English. On the mic this week, our special guest is Joy Howard! To launch it we needed a star, literally. She started her career as a rockstar, no less! Passionnate about sustainability and improving the life of other people, Joy brought her wholehearted contribution to large ventures of which Johnson & Johnson, Patagonia, Converse All Stars, Lyft, Sonos... And now her own brand, Early Majority.
Some of the topics we discussed with Joy:
💵 How to combine business with environment
♻️ Patagonia's \"Worn Wear\" campaign, enabling people to bring in products for repair. The beggining of circular economy!
⚖️ Finding balance and developing yourself outside of work
Another twist! In this episode you'll hear two new voices, as our co-hosts alongside Aurélie are none other than Olivia and Roxanne, both partners at daphni. Enjoy the episode!
